About

We built Subtrack because we lived the problem.

Every company — from startups to enterprises — loses money and risks outages from forgotten subscriptions. An SSL cert expires, a compliance tool lapses, a domain auto-renews for a project nobody remembers. We've seen it happen firsthand, and we built Subtrack to make sure it never happens again.

Zero-friction onboarding

Nobody is going to manually enter 50 subscriptions. That's why Subtrack connects directly to your providers — Namecheap, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, and more — and pulls everything automatically. Connect once, stay current forever.

Built for teams

Subscriptions aren't owned by one person. Marketing signed up for HubSpot, an engineer bought the cert, finance pays for it all. Subtrack gives the whole team visibility with role-based access and ownership tracking.

Not just SaaS

Most subscription trackers only care about paid software. Subtrack tracks domains, SSL certificates, compliance tools, hosting plans, free trials — everything that has an expiration date and consequences when you forget it.

Alerts that matter

Nobody checks a dashboard every day. Subtrack sends alerts to Slack, email, or both — days before renewal. If nobody acts, it escalates. The right person gets the right alert at the right time.

The company

Subtrack is built by EDC Properties Inc., based in Austin, Texas. We're a small team obsessed with solving the subscription management problem for businesses of all sizes. We believe that no company should ever lose revenue, suffer an outage, or face a compliance gap because someone forgot to click "renew."
