Refund Policy

Free Plan

Subtrack offers a free plan for individual users. No payment is required and no refund is applicable.

Paid Plans

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After the 14-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@getsubtrack.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Annual Plans

Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available, but you may continue to use the Service until the end of your billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
