How does Subtrack find my subscriptions?
Subtrack connects directly to your service providers (like Namecheap, Cloudflare, GoDaddy) via their APIs to pull domain, hosting, SSL, and subscription data automatically. You can also scan your email for receipts, import from CSV, or use our Chrome extension to detect subscriptions as you browse.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) on Google Cloud Platform. We never store your banking credentials — financial data connections are handled by Plaid, which is SOC 2 Type II certified. API credentials for integrations are stored encrypted and only accessed server-side.
Do you store my bank login credentials?
No. We never see, store, or have access to your banking credentials. Financial connections are handled entirely by Plaid, our financial data partner. We only receive transaction-level data (merchant name, amount, date) needed to identify subscriptions.
Can I use Subtrack for my team?
Yes. Create an organization, invite team members, and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer). Everyone sees the full picture of your company's subscriptions, with ownership tracking and activity logging.
What happens if someone leaves my team?
Their subscriptions don't disappear. Subscriptions belong to the organization, not the individual. Admins are notified to reassign ownership, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Is Subtrack free?
Yes, for individual use. Team/organization features are available on paid plans. No credit card is required to get started.
How do I cancel my account?
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days. If you're on a paid plan, see our Refund Policy for details.
What if I notice unauthorized access to my financial data?
For account security incidents or unauthorized financial data access, contact security@getsubtrack.com immediately. We respond to security incidents within 4 hours.
Which providers do you integrate with?
Currently: Namecheap (domains, SSL), Cloudflare (zones, SSL), and GoDaddy (domains). We're actively adding more integrations including AWS Route 53, Google Domains, DigitalOcean, and Vercel.
